You request a time from Marcos's real availability. The slot is held for you immediately so no other family can take it, and Marcos approves or suggests another time — usually within 12 hours. Your balance is only deducted when he approves.

One dollar balance covers everything: $75/$115 private, $55/$85 per player for groups. You top up $75, $225, or $375; each session deducts its exact price. No separate "private credits" and "group credits," no stranded half-credits — remainders roll over and unused balance is refundable.

Yes — until 12 hours before the session, right in the app. Cancellations refund your balance instantly. When you request a new time, your original session stays confirmed until the new one is approved, so you never lose a slot by asking.

Any guardian — co-parents in separate homes, grandparents, a sitter. Everyone sees the same schedule and balances, and each person can pay with their own saved card.

Players 10 and up. The app checks the date of birth when you add a player. Groups are capped at four and matched by level, not just age.

Water, cleats, a ball if you have one, and shin guards for group sessions. Every confirmation and reminder email repeats the list, with directions to Rancho Simi Community Park and an add-to-calendar button.

Light rain: training happens (see the About page photo). If Marcos calls it off for weather or field closure, your balance is refunded automatically and you get first pick of make-up times.
